Day 01 : MARRAKECH –ATLAS MOUNTAINS – KASBAH AIT BEN HADOU – M'HAMID
Departure early morning from your riad/hotel in Marrakech and travel through the High Atlas Mountains via the Tichka Pass (2260 m) the highest road pass in Morocco offering spectacular panoramic views of the mountains and valleys with a snaky road, beautiful landscapes with different colors and the Berber villages along the way. Visit several kasbahs along the way, including Tamnougalte and Ait Benhaddou. A 16th century UNESCO site, Ait Benhaddou is one of the best-preserved and most spectacular kasbahs in Morocco. A famous site for Hollywood films, The trip continues through the palm-lined Draa river valley. Arrival in Zagora the capital of dates. Afterward, continuation towards the gateSahara desert, Mhamid with Khalil. Dinner and night in camp In Nomadic standard camp.
Day 02 : FISRT DAY TREK –M'HAMID – RAS NEKHAL–SIDI NAJI
Follow in the footsteps of the trans-Saharan caravans whose starting point was Marrakech and the ending point Timbuktu. This Sahara trekking program will allow you to discover varied landscapes in the desert. Departure from M’hamid for your camel trek with the Sahrawi nomads.
Day 03 : SIDI NAJI - LHDIBAT
The 2nd day of your camel trekking in Morocco begins in the morning. After having breakfast in the desert, once the mobile camp is folded up, the camel trek in Morocco continues. Allow about 2 hours, 2:30 hours of walking in the morning, and the same duration in the afternoon. You leave the dunes of Sidi Naji and continue your journey to the Sahara.
Day 04 : ERG ZAHAR-ERG SAMAR-ERG SEDRA
The 3rd day of your Morocco Sahara trek will take you from the dunes of Bougarn to Oued Drâa. Tamarisk and palm groves follow one another. At the end of the day, you will arrive at Erg Smar. Installation of nomadic tents on site.
Day 05 : ERG SEDRA-ERG CHIGAGA
After spending the night in Erg Smar, head for the dunes of Erg Zahar! On the fourth day of your trek in Morocco on camelback, you will discover the splendid “dunes revealing the desert as far as the eye can see … Could you hear the sound that the dunes produce in contact with the wind? Enjoy a hike in the Eg Zaha r dunes and the beautiful landscapes. Night on site.
Day 06 : ERG ZAHAR-ERG ZMAILA
The caravan will continue its trek through the desert. After Erg Zahar, your camel trek in Morocco continues. Your Sahara trekking will take you to Erg Zmila. A new landscape is emerging in front of you. The light plays with the colors of the dunes. You will spend your last night in the Sahara Desert here. The next day, it will be time to return to M’hamid.
Day 07 : ERG ZMILA-MHAMID

Early morning departure from your guest-house, to re-trace the journey north to Marrakech (as per Day 1). Expect to arrive at your riad/hotel in Marrakech late afternoon
